Your requirement.
A clear next step.
For business-to-business purchases in the UK and EU. From the first enquiry to an agreed quote, keep the products, device details and conversation together.
Start with the requirement
Choose an exact catalogue SKU or describe what you need to buy or renew. Tell us whether you need technical support, security services, the same protection or advice. Start with what you know; the team can collect the remaining information later in the conversation, before finalising your quote.
Keep one enquiry reference
A submitted request is recorded with a reference. Use it when sending further information or asking about progress. A quote list, acknowledgement or printed summary is not an order and does not activate services.
Reply and quote aims
We aim to give a human reply within one working day. Once we have all the information needed to finalise your quote, we aim to prepare it within one to two working days. Supplier or entitlement checks can take longer; we will keep you updated.
Review the written quote
Before finalising the quote, the team gathers and checks the information needed for your requirement: the exact product, service, quantity, term and relevant device, account, end-user and regional details. The written quote sets out the proposed supply, price, charges and coverage dates or any explicitly stated date assumptions.
B2B enquiries in the UK and EU
We handle business-to-business (B2B) enquiries for businesses in the UK and EU. Product availability, entitlement, device and end-user region, pricing and tax treatment are checked for each request before the quote is finalised.
Agree the order and supply arrangements
Acceptance, ordering and supply follow separately from the enquiry. Review the exact part numbers and applicable terms before committing. Delivery or activation timing is confirmed for the individual order; receiving a message does not by itself mean cover is active.
Tell us if something changes
Reply with your reference if your requirement, device details or target date changes. You can withdraw an enquiry before placing an order. For an accepted order, the team checks processing status and explains the available change or cancellation options, without removing applicable statutory rights.
Send only the details needed
Start with your requirement and business contact details. Device, account, end-user, registration and billing details can follow later in the conversation, but the information needed for an accurate final quote must be complete before that quote is issued. Do not send passwords, payment card details or full activation keys. An enquiry does not opt you into marketing.
