Application storage
The storefront uses local storage with the key aureon-list to remember product SKUs you add to the quote list. It remains on this browser until you remove the items or clear the site’s data. It is not a tracking cookie and is not sent to a sales database by this application.
Your controls
Remove items from the quote list to update its contents, or clear this site’s storage in your browser settings to delete it. Downloaded quote and renewal files are separate and must be deleted from your device if you no longer need them. Do not enter confidential details on a shared device.
Hosting and private access
The portal uses a necessary, secure, HttpOnly session cookie named __Host-frh_session for administrator and customer access. The cookie expires when the browser session ends; authenticated portal access expires after 30 minutes. The cookie is restricted to this website and is not used for advertising. We have added no optional analytics, advertising cookies, external fonts or tracking pixels.
Future optional technologies
If optional tracking is introduced, we will explain its provider, purpose and duration and obtain any legally required consent before loading it. Rejecting optional technologies must not prevent core browsing or quote preparation.
